Again the weather played its part in destroying a photo of Mt. Rushmore. Can’t understand why the boy is so happy and why is he flashing the thumbs-up sign? He’s happy that he’s failed or he’s happy that the fog has won the deal? South Dakota can be foggy at some times of the year.
